IMB Trip Opportunities

At The Summit Church, we take seriously Jesus' command to go to the nations. From the Great Commission in Matthew 28 until the Great Multitude in Revelation 7, God invites us to join Him in the Great Pursuit.

The International Mission Board (IMB) is the sending organization for all our Summit churches. It is our access to the world!

Becoming a
Summit Field Worker

We are currently seeking to send individuals or families to the nations!  This is a big decision, but you don’t have to walk the journey alone.  
Contact us if you are sensing that God is moving you in this direction.

Requirements to be sent as a Long-Term missionary from The Summit Church:
1. Follower of Jesus Christ
2. Member of The Summit Church
3. Recommendation from the Global Engage Pastor
4. Completion of training and preparation requirements
Process to go as a Long-Term Missionary:
1. Complete application (part 1 & 2) and references.
2. Get a background check.
3. Make an appointment with our mission’s staff at [email protected]
4. Raise support if necessary
5. Attend pre-field training
6. Interview with the Global Engage
7. Go! After seeking the will of God and preparing you are ready to be commissioned by your local church.

Field Worker Housing


We are so excited to begin construction on two homes for our Summit field workers! We desire for these home to be a place of rest and respite as they come home for seasons of furlough or are preparing to go overseas long-term.
